Why it exists

Daily vehicle checks on paper are easy to skip, easy to backdate and hard to review.

SafeSM turns the check into a short mobile routine — and turns every routine into a record someone can actually review.

How it works

Each morning a driver opens the checklist on a phone, goes through vehicle and safety-equipment items, and reports any issue with photo evidence.

The record keeps two times apart: the date the check is for, and the moment it was actually submitted. Drivers mark whether they are driving, not driving, or on a day off. Admins review; monthly history can be exported as PDF documentation.

SafeSM supports record-keeping; it does not automatically satisfy any legal or regulatory requirement. No customer or driver data appears on this site.
